Why will I vote for Jill Evans/Plaid Cymru tomorrow?

Well, the time flies and the european elections have almost arrived. According to the latest polls, depending on how many people will vote, only a few thousand votes could determine a three-way contest between Plaid Cymru , Labour and the Conservatives http://www.clickonwales.org/2014 / 05/polling-trends-show-ukip-still-on-the-rise /

Maybe this is what you expect from Plaid Cymru councilor , but I've been spending far too much of my time going around Aberystwyth and Ceredigion canvassing and delivering leaflets to encourage people to vote for Plaid Cymru . Here are a few of the reasons why :

Putting Wales First : Only Plaid Cymru puts Wales first every time. Only Plaid Cymru are accountable only to the people of Wales . Jill Evans has pushed very hard to put Wales on the map for investment, aid and social programs .

Action on Climate Change : Jill Evans has been at the forefront in calling for investment in renewable energy . She has also been a strong voice for banning fracking until the environmental and health consequences of the process are known. Plaid sits in the Green - EFA group in Europe , with green parties and national liberation parties from across Europe, and they respect her so much that she is vice chair of the group! Restore the Welsh Language: It is only Plaid Cymru who want to see the Welsh language thrive in all areas .
